The album has been long-awaited and is, unfortunately, worth the wait. The following song is “Warriors”. The single, which arrives right in time for summer, does not disappoint.
J Cole’s “Born Sinner” released May 18, 2010 was a commercial success. It reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 for five consecutive weeks, becoming the best-selling debut album of 2010.

The Chippewa Avenue Historic District is a U.S. historic district (designated as such on March 30, 2004) located at 2319-2327 Chippewa Avenue in Kalamazoo, Michigan. It includes the former residence of Michigan Governor Fred M. Warner, whose home was subsequently converted into the Warner Mansion. It also includes houses from the 1910s and 1920s. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
The Chippewa Avenue Historic District is located just west of downtown Kalamazoo. The district is bounded by Chippewa Avenue on the north, Kalamazoo Avenue on the east, Oconto Avenue on the south, and State Street on the west. It is a collection of nine houses located on Chippewa Avenue between State Street and Oconto Avenue. The southernmost house at 2319 Chippewa was originally a carriage house. The Warner Mansion, at number 2325 Chippewa, is the first of the district's residences. The Warner home was once the residence of Governor Fred M. Warner, who occupied it from 1905 to 1928, when he ran for president of the United States.
